Fall 2026

Fall is a season of quiet change. The leaves turn brilliant colors, the air becomes crisp, and nature reminds us that there is beauty in letting go. With the unusually warm weather in my area, even the trees seem unsure what to do! But slowly, the leaves are changing, and the trees are letting go.
Have you ever been still enough to hear the leaves fall? There is something beautiful about that soft, gentle sound. It reminds us of how God often speaks to us, not through loud announcements, but through quiet whispers in our hearts.

Have you ever found yourself in a comfortable place, hesitant to let go? We’ve all been there! Like the trees releasing their leaves, we, too, are invited to embrace change and trust God’s timing.
Discernment isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about being open to possibilities, listening for God’s invitations, and finding the courage to take the next step.
Let’s face it, life can be a lot to manage! Sometimes we need to quiet the noise, create a little space, and simply listen. Faith isn’t always about taking a giant leap. Sometimes it’s about listening, waiting, letting go, and trusting that God is at work, even when we are in our comfort zone.
Maybe the first step in falling into faith is simply slowing down enough to hear the whisper.
Reflection Question:
What might God be gently inviting you to listen to, let go of, or explore?
