Sister Janice will be welcomed home to the Wichita Center on Wednesday March 22, with a Wake Service taking place at 7:00 p.m.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on March 23 with Fr. Jason Borkenhagen, a great-nephew, presider, and homilist, assisted by concelebrant Tom Welk, CPPS, chaplain. Burial in the Convent cemetery.

In 1975 Sr. Janice wrote, “I reap my daily strength from Him in Holy Mass and Communion.  I pray that through my every effort to fulfill His Holy will I may reciprocate intimate and mutual love with Him, and reach the bond of perfection for which I am earnestly striving.”  One last time you have said, “Yes” to God’s will for you in death to new life.
