On Friday, July 25 at the Sheridan Conference Center in Fairview Heights, Illinois Sister Luz Eugenia Alvarez participated in the naturalization oath ceremony and became a United States Citizen. She was one of 95 people from 36 countries to take the oath of allegiance to the United States. Eight Adorers and some of Luz's friends were witnesses to this important moment in Sister Luz's life.
